Keen golfers will not be short of things to do in Harlech, with The Royal St David’s golf club just around the corner from the doorstep of your holiday home at Castle View. This golf course is surrounded by both the sublime seascape of Cardigan Bay, and the countryside views of Snowdonia National Park. Host to championships throughout the years, this course welcomes international visitors who want to enjoy these breath-taking views time and time again.

Food

Serving fresh, local cuisine, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Harlech. From five-star restaurants to light bites in cafés, there’s something for everyone. Harlech’s fish and chip shop say ‘You’ve tried the rest now eat the best.’ We leave that to our holiday home owners to decide! And finally, finish the day with a homemade ice cream from the award-winning parlour, Hufenfa’r Castell. This ice cream shop has won eleven national awards – a family treat you simply cannot go without when you visit Harlech.

Children's Park

Castle View is also perfect for making those all-important wonderful childhood memories. The park is home to a dedicated play area for children, and when you fancy a day out as a family The Children’s Farm Park nearby comes in as a top spot to take the kids to. From meeting and feeding farm animals (including feeding newborn lambs!), to cray golf and ride on tractors, this is the ideal place for children to burn some energy and have fun! Children and adults can also enjoy Harlech’s Leisure Centre where facilities include rock-climbing, swimming and badminton courts too.
